How do I make sure that my video requests are being monitored and managed properly?
Our editors send updates at the end of each working day on their progress with your video. This can be sent as a screenshot of their editing timeline, or a snippet of your edited video.
What's the best way to deliver footage to you?
If your project files are under 100 GB, we recommend using cloud storage like Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, etc.
If your project is heavier than that, we advise you to render proxies as download time from our team's end may delay your project's delivery time.
If I submit 100 video requests, can you get them all done in 1-2 business days?
You should know that one (1) subscription to our service entitles you to one (1) video editor, and we typically deliver the first draft within 1-2 business days. How can I get more videos done simultaneously?
Each subscription entitles you to one (1) video editor. If you need two (2) video requests done at the same time, we recommend you purchase another subscription so that you will have two (2) video editors in total.
Will I have a dedicated video editor or does the editor change from time to time?
We will assign you a dedicated video editor as standard practice. We believe it's best to have one (1) editor understand your preferred style and build a rapport that will make your content more consistent.
Can I request a change of video editor?
If you are unhappy with your video editor's performance or find him/her incompatible, our team will be happy to arrange a different editor more suited for you. Be informed that it may take a few business days to arrange a change of editor.

I have an urgent concern regarding my project but it's outside your company's work hours, can I still leave a message and get a response?
Please be informed that upon sign-up, you agree to the difference in timezone between our team and you. This means we can't guarantee an instant response outside of our 9 AM to 6 PM operating hours.
How long do you keep my files?
We keep your project files for up to 90 days after the final draft is submitted. Beyond that, expect it to be deleted to make room for other projects.
